You certainly can! You will receive a discount if you decide to continue for another month.

However, our years of IELTS preparation success has shown that majority of the candidates will maximize their IELTS score after approximately 50 hours of exam specific practice.

It is hard to give an exact number.

We understand that every individual is different which is why we pride ourselves in providing individual attention to each and every candidate. As part of our intensive exam preparation, we provide every candidate with detailed feedback on their specific performance.

Yes. We provide free practice tests and tips/tricks/techniques/practice exercises to follow in your own personal time.

Our training includes practice tests for all the IELTS modules (Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking) and PTE assessments. Not only that, you will also receive plenty of FREE handouts as well !

You will need to pay on the day the new coaching session begins. Payment will be due on the first day after you fill out an enrollment form.

Yes you can.

However, you need to make an appointment prior to visiting our training center. This will ensure that there is an instructor present to show you around and answer all your queries.

Alternatively, you can simply book in for our upcoming IELTS or PTE Training course and the first hour of training will be provided absolutely FREE. If you do not like our training facilities or our content delivery, you are free to leave. No questions asked! If you would like to talk to us regarding the course, feel free to call us or drop us a line and we will address your concerns.

Yes we do! It’s simple.

If you are a group of four or more friends wanting to study IELTS, simply join the same IELTS training batch and you will each receive 10% off !

How can you improve a candidate’s English in such a short amount of time? 2018-04-24T10:00:15+00:00

We do not claim to teach you English in 20 or 30 hours. However, we are confident that you will score at least 0.5 -1.5 band higher in the IELTS exam if you follow our techniques and strategies!

Remember, IELTS is an exam. It requires training and preparation over and above good English skills. Many candidates are not graded to their maximum potential simply because of lack of training.

We are confident that you will improve with our training, provided you attend all of our classes, make reasonable effort to study, and apply the principles you learn in our training session(s).

Do you have current ‘IELTS Examiners’ working at TargetIELTS Training Centre? 2018-04-24T09:59:34+00:00

As per the latest British Council IELTS Code of Practice (sec 8):

8. An IELTS Examiner:
8.1.4 – Does not use knowledge gained from examining for IELTS preparation purposes.
8.1.7 – Does not advertise (in print, on the internet or by any other methods) their Examiner status (current or lapsed) for the purpose of marketing, teaching and/or publishing.
8.1.9 – Does not represent themselves in any way as an IELTS Examiner or ‘expert’ or words to that effect – for example on a business card, web site or advertisement.

At TargetIELTS, we believe in fair and honest training practices. Thus, unfortunately, we are unable to share the IELTS certification status of our instructors with the public.

If another rogue institute claims to have ‘Official IELTS examiners’, it is a complete fraud.

Don’t believe us, read section 8.0 of the official British Council IELTS Code of Practice yourself!

Yes, our new website is fully mobile compatible. You can view all our training videos on your Apple or Android smartphone and/or tablet!

We accept all major international credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, JCB and are available via our Stripe payment gateway available on our payment page.

You may pay in person at our training centre located in Melbourne, Australia. If you are based in Melbourne, simply give us a call to make an appointment with one of our friendly staff who will be able to take your payment and setup your account on the spot.

All our payment systems are safe and secure. We process all our payments through Stripe and Paypal. Stripe and Paypal are world leaders in providing safe and secure payment transactions on the internet.

How are the IELTS Writing marked for premium members? 2018-04-24T09:56:47+00:00

We will mark upto three IELTS writing exercises per premium membership subscription! Its that simple.

You will get a score based on your performance which would eliminate the need to take multiple IELTS exams. Our highly skilled ex-IELTS examiners will assess your writing scripts and will provide you with a detailed score to help you better understand where you go wrong and what you need to improve.

To make the most of this service, we strongly recommend students to compose exercises using the techniques outlined in the IELTS Writing videos.

I am a premium member. How do I send IELTS Writing tests for marking? 2018-04-24T09:56:15+00:00

The tool to upload your writing exercises is located in the Members section once you login.

After logging into the site, please use the tool (located under Quick Links menu) to send your IELTS writing Task I and Task II scripts for grading. You will need to paste your writing scripts in the boxes provided and press the send button once complete.

Please make sure that you are entering your correct details without any spaces. If the problem persists, you may need to check the security settings in your browser. Setting the security settings to “default” will usually correct any browser issues. Before you make any changes to the browser security settings, be sure to check with your system administrator first.

Simply visit the Members Area page (from the top menu) which will redirect you to the login page. Once there, simply select the forgotten password link. Enter your email address and your login details will be emailed to you.

Can I log in more than once at the same time? 2018-04-24T09:54:48+00:00

No, you may only have one session active at a time. If you attempt to log in more than once, you will be given the choice of either cancelling the second log in or continuing and cancelling the first log in.

You cannot change your username. It must stay the same for the life of your subscription.

You are able to purchase additional time for a limited number of months. You may do this before your account expires from the Student Centre. If your account has already expired, enter your correct login details on the login page and you will be given an option to purchase more time. Alternatively, send an email to our accounts team.

What if I am not sure whether to choose General Training or Academic? 2018-04-24T09:52:38+00:00

We strongly recommend that you confirm with your advisors before selecting your study mode. General Training IELTS and Academic IELTS differ in important areas.

Can I upgrade from Standard to the Premium Plan? 2018-04-24T09:49:26+00:00

Yes, if you have an existing Standard subscription, you can upgrade from Member Area. Upgrading from Upgrading to Premium gives you more time, however comes at a higher fee.

So – we strongly recommend students to make up their mind initially as buying the basic package and then upgrading later would generally cost more than starting out with the premium membership initially.

Will my account get disabled if I enter many wrong passwords? 2018-04-24T09:24:15+00:00

If a wrong password has been entered too many times, your account will be disabled for 1 hour for security purposes. After an hour has elapsed, you may access your account.
